Nesër në Apelin e Gjykatës së Posaçme do të mbahet ditën e nesërme seanca në lidhje me masën e sigurisë “Arrest me burg” ndaj kryebashkiakut të Tiranës Erion Veliaj.

Gazetarja Klodiana Lala raporton se Veliaj kërkon me çdo kusht zbutjen e masës së sigurisë, pasi sipas tij nuk ekziston asnjë kriter për një masë të tillë.

Sipas kryebashkiakut, nuk ka shanse që ai të prishë provat, të intimidojë dëshmitarët apo të largohet jashtë vendit, pasi ka dhënë prova që është larguar jashtë vendit dhe është rikthyer pavarësisht faktit që ishte nën hetim.

Ndërkohë prokurorët e çështjes, Ols Dado dhe Altin Dumani, këmbëngulin në masën e sigurisë sepse në postin e kryetarit të bashkisë sipas tyre, Veliaj ka mundësi të prishë provat.

Kujtojmë se kryebashkiaku Veliaj akuzohet për veprat penale “Korrupsion” dhe “Pastrim parash”, të kryer në bashkëpunim me bashkëshorten e tij Ajola Xoxa.

Seanca e nesërme do të drejtohet nga gjyqtari Engert Pëllumbi, pasi gjyqtarja Ilirjana Olldashi nuk do të jetë e pranishme për shkak të problemeve shëndetësore.
