Ministri Bourita njohu kontributin e Shqipërisë për paqen dhe stabilitetin në Ballkanin Perëndimor dhe vlerësoi përpjekjet e saj për të promovuar marrëdhënie të mira fqinjësore.

Ai nënvizoi përparimin e avancuar të Shqipërisë në procesin e anëtarësimit në BE dhe rikonfirmoi mbështetjen për aspiratën e Shqipërisë për anëtarësim në Bashkimin Evropian, si dhe reformat gjithëpërfshirëse të ndërmarra nga Qeveria Shqiptare në këtë drejtim.
